Reservation Policy

A full, non-refundable payment will hold your room at the time of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We do bill the full non-refundable amount of your stay at the time of booking. In case of an emergency, the amount will sit as a credit with the Canary Cottage B&B.

Also...

We regretfully cannot accommodate pets. The Canary Cottage is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. Children over the age of twelve are welcome.
